 Rules To Be Followed:

1. You have to run a distance of 7.5 KM in your comfortable place all over Bangladesh!

2. You have to finish the distance only in one workout! There will be no option for several workouts.

3. There will be no cut-off time. That means you can run comfortably on your own timeframe, no matter what if you are a new runner or a professional runner.

4. You have to run between 1 October - 20 October. Data before or after the specified date will be considered as unacceptable.

5. You can use Strava or Alltrails app to track your running data, but your workout and profile visibility must be set to public.

 Podiums: There will be no podium for this event

 Delivery Details:

• Inside Dhaka: There will be an opportunity to collect rewards from the collection point or to get home delivery you have to pay 70 TK delivery Fee to the deliveryman.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee 130 TK.
